BATH COUNTRY PETS | JANUARY ROUND-UP
Welcome to our new year round up! We hope you have had a great start to 2024. We can’t quite believe that we are nearly entering February – but as they say time flys when you’re having fun! We wanted to round up and share with you some of the highlights we achieved this month. We are so excited for the new opportunities this year brings!
OPEN DAY
This month we welcomed many of our existing and new clients to for a full behind the scenes tour around our facility.
Thank you to everyone who attended, we loved showing our boutique hotel and sharing some of the insider tips as to how we keep the space, immaculately clean and organised for each and every day. Clients loved seeing the home from home environment that we have ambitiously created. SHOP RE-VAMP
We have also said hello to our new shop revamp! We have organised, decorated and redefined the space in our shop to make way for lots of new apparel for dogs and owners. There are lots of fantastic new products to see; really cute toys, gorgeous blankets, delicious treats and more! Having this layout and design, enables us to have more space, for coat and harness fittings and for you to comfortably bring in your fury friend when you come shopping! Don’t forget we are open Thursday-Saturday 9-5 or you can book a private shopping tour if you just email us in advance!
Don’t forget we also have a cozy cat corner in our shop! It is not all about dogs here! We have cat pods, cushions, toys, food, treats and more!

New Services Coming – Smile!
We have booked all of our staff members to undergo a course in ultra-sonic teeth cleaning, using the Emmi-Pet system. The Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning is effective at removing plaque and tartar, kills bacteria and improves gum health. The equipment can access even the narrowest interdental spaces without noise or scrubbing .
We cannot wait to offer teeth cleaning as a service in our spa. The pawfect way to improve your beloved friend’s dental health. We are holding some dental health open days on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th of March to launch the new services. On these days you can bring along your dog for a free dental check up and consultation, and we will advise you as to whether our ultra-sonic teeth cleaning treatments would be suitable for them. SAUSAGE SUBSCRIPTION
Just a reminder that we have launched our subscription boxes for everyone! The daily tradition that all of our guests experience when they are staying (and LOVE!) can now be continued in the comfort of your own home! The sausages are a great, healthy snack for your dog, being made from high quality meat and ingredients. They are air-dried so no need to be kept in the fridge (just a secure jar to keep the paws away) But being air-driend also means they hold their nutrients and can be suitable for dogs on a RAW diet. No-one misses out on sausage time!
If you subscribe to receive a box each month, you’ll get a sausage a day (and a few lil extras), dont forget to select the ‘letterbox option’ as your postage as this lower cost delivery option is all you will need for your monthly box.
