THE BOUTIQUE DOGOTEL EXPERIENCE

Through our structured daily programme and our team of highly trained, committed and capable dog lovers, your dog will experience the perfect combination of activity, attention and home from home comfort.  

Our prices are all inclusive and cover all food and snacks (see below for more on nutrition) clean bedding daily, lead, collar and harness, fleece or rainwear if required, bathing or rinsing after every walk. 

Just bring along your dog and we will take care of the rest!

The daily rate is for a 24-hour period and includes a regular routine of walks, socialising, fun activities and general exercise, quiet and rest times and a full health check at the start and end of the day. 

Each stay is tailored to your dogs needs, their personality, life stage and health profile.

Boarding & Day Care Prices

Our rates reflect the highest standard of home-from-home care, including 24 hours of dedicated attention, countryside walks, and a private bedroom for each guest.

  • Overnight Boarding: £85 – £150 per night, per dog (24 hours of care)

  • Day Care: £54– £60 for up to 8 hours

  • Additional Hours: £6.50 per hour

Minimum Stay

Due to high demand, we operate a minimum stay policy of 3, 5, or 7 nights, depending on the time of year.
Single-night stays may occasionally be available at short notice, subject to availability. Clients are always very welcome to enquire about specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

All prices quoted are per 24 hours, per dog and are inclusive of 20% VAT.  A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is payable to secure your  booking. Prior to confirmation of an overnight stay all dogs must undergo our 3 stage assessment process, please reference our House Rules for more information relating to guest registration and bookings.

Nutrition, Meals & Medication

Every detail of your dog’s care is managed with both precision and thoughtfulness. From nourishing meals to prescribed supplements or medications, our team ensures that each guest receives exactly what they need to thrive during their stay.

All meals, snacks, and treats are included. We pride ourselves on serving only the finest foods – highly digestible, free from GM ingredients, and made with human-grade produce. Raw diets are also available. For those dogs who would be more settled with continuing on their normal home diet, we invite owners to bring along their dog’s usual food.

Our in-house nutritionist tailors each dog’s feeding plan to their individual needs, considering age, size, weight, sensitivities, activity levels, and skin or coat condition. We offer wet, dry, raw, and grain-free options to suit every guest.

We follow owners’ instructions to the letter and keep strict records so that every meal, supplement, and medication is delivered exactly as required. The same careful systems apply whether your dog has special dietary requirements, takes daily supplements, or needs prescribed medication – ensuring consistency, safety, and peace of mind.

Mealtimes form part of each guest’s daily rhythm with us, offering comfort, familiarity, and a sense of home.

Additional Spa Services

Alongside their country walks, cosy bedrooms, and nourishing meals, many of our guests enjoy a little extra pampering during their stay. Our Bath House Spa offers a carefully chosen range of treatments designed to keep coats glossy, teeth sparkling, and paws cared for. All services are carried out by our professional grooming team in a calm, stress-free environment.

Bathing, Grooming & Teeth Cleaning

  • Luxury Bath & Blow Dry – Ideal before heading home or after a muddy countryside adventure, leaving coats soft, shiny, and beautifully fresh.

  • Deep Conditioning Treatments – Restores moisture and shine, especially helpful for long or dry coats.

  • Detoxifying Mud Bath – A spa favourite to cleanse and soothe skin while leaving coats gleaming

  • Ultrasonic Dental Care – A gentle, non-invasive treatment that reduces plaque and tartar build-up, supports gum health, and keeps mouths fresh.

    Available as a one-off session or a course for the best results.

Specialist Spa Treatments

  • Pawdicure – A full paw care service, including gentle trimming, conditioning balms, and nail tidying for healthy, comfortable feet.

  • Paw & Nose Care – Nourishing balms to protect delicate skin from seasonal wear and tear.

  • Eye Care & Tear Stain Treatment – Gentle cleansing to brighten eyes and remove tear stains, keeping faces fresh and comfortable.

  • Soothing Massage & Relaxation – Promotes circulation, eases tension, and helps guests to fully unwind.

  • Tailored Coat Care – Breed-specific treatments and expert advice, from de-shedding to specialist conditioning, to maintain each dog’s coat at its best.

Collection & Delivery Service

LOCAL TRANSPORT (Within 10 miles of our location) – One way £40 or collect & return £75

FURTHER AFIELD M4 / M5 Corridor & London (within an hour of Junction 17) One way £115 or collect & return £225

Specific times and pick up points available, prices are for one exclusive door to door journey and include up to 4 dogs from one family.

We do not operate multiple collections, therefore your dog will not be unduly kept in the car for longer than is absolutely necessary.

Any journey will also be subject to any additional charges such as green charges, parking, congestion charges or tolls.

Bespoke Journeys – POA

Include transport by an experienced handler and regular stops for water and comfort breaks.
