Barnaby

I just wanted to thank you and the whole team at BCP for looking after Barnaby this last week. And a big thank you for accommodating us to pick him up earlier than planned, it was too lovely to have him back with us this afternoon and so convenient to be able to collect him en route home today, it’s made a huge difference.

This time he’s not been in a grump at all………we can’t believe it! Just super happy, smiling broadly and wagging his tail til it’s at risk of falling off! That must mean he had a lovely stay with you and enjoyed himself immensely, which is such a heartwarming thing to know as his owners. You will understand that leaving your dog with someone is a massive thing and fills you with dread and guilt. Especially with Barney, given that he’s a super sensitive and somewhat quiet and nervous little soul who does not like to be away from us for even a minute. It makes an enormous difference to know we can trust you guys at BCP to look after Barney so kindly and so well, like he was yours, it really does mean that we have complete confidence that he’s in safe and caring hands.

Thank you never seems enough to communicate the gratitude we feel; you and the team are fabulous! Without you we wouldn’t feel able to go away.
