Bath Country Pets provides the closest replication of home, even above boarding in actual homes(that we visited when looking to place our 2 dogs). The committed, experienced and qualified team, lovely well maintained environment and care and safety could not be matched.

I love that Bath Country Pets offers a homely environment, allowing freedom to roam outside within secure spaces or lounge in the living room in dog beds or on chairs and sofas in the company of the team. Only going to their cosy rooms with comfy beds to sleep.

The careful assessment of all dog guests ensures only sociable dogs stay, so our nervous dog won’t be put under any undue stress.

Care is top notch E.g. providing pools, cool mats & coats and air conditioning in the recent hot weather. Also daily enrichment activities, iced treats, licki mats,sausage o’clock, birthday celebrations with cakes.

Daily email updates are brilliant and a highlight when you are missing your pups.

When I thought my dog may need an operation, not only were BCP still happy for her to stay Emma reassured me that they would manage her convalescence, medication and any ongoing veterinary care! Fortunately a lesser procedure was carried out, but BCP administered her final medications and managed her diminished appetite providing alternative foods encouraging her to eat.

BCP has an amazing team. Everyone that I have had contact with has been very professional. Emma is kind and reassuring and Sian and Talulah who I am most familiar with are helpful, friendly and always smiling. When I leave my dogs with them I can do so relaxed and assured of their safety and care. I think they are the best a dog can get!
