Tours are strictly on a time allotted basis, you will be met by one of our key team members for the tour with time to browse our shop and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Ideally – please leave your dog at home as we would like to be able to open all doors and exits to make the tour as easy as possible.

Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. (We will happily serve you, by arrangement outside of these hours)
Our store is located at Shoe Cottage, SN14 8SG, Wiltshire. There is ample parking and a field for off lead exercise.
